FastFind ReturnLink Personal Location Beacon (PLB)
Using the ReturnLink Service (RLS), the FastFind Return Link PLB receives a signal confirming the users 406 MHz distress alert has been received and location coordinates have been detected.
The FastFind Return Link Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) confirms the signal has been received by SAR authorities with a blue flashing light. This life saving re-assurance signal allows those in distress; on land or sea; to know that search and rescue professionals are aware of their situation and they are not alone.

Using advanced technology, the FastFind 220 transmits a unique ID and your current GPS co-ordinates via the Cospas-Sarsat global search and rescue satellite network, alerting the rescue services within minutes. Once within the area, the search and rescue services can quickly home in on your location using the unit’s 121.5Mhz homing beacon and flashing LED SOS light.

McMurdo S4 Rescue SART
Designed to be stored in a survival craft or as a carry off device, the McMurdo S4 Rescue SART is buoyant and waterproof to a depth of 10m. When it detects a radar signal from another vessel or aircraft, the S4 Rescue SART’s 9GHz X-band Radar transceiver will automatically transmit a response signal, which will appear on the other vessel’s radar display as a series of 12 dots, pinpointing your location. An LED and buzzer indicates when the S4 has detected a radar signal and transmitted a response. The S4 will only transmit when it detects an incoming radar pulse – after 15 seconds it will drop to standby mode, conserving battery life and ensuring operation in excess of 96hrs.
Once activated the McMurdo S4 Rescue SART may be suspended inside the survival craft or mounted in an elevated position using the integrated extending pole.

McMurdo SmartFind S5A AIS SART
Stored in a quick release carry off bag, the McMurdo SmartFind S5A AIS SART is buoyant and waterproof to a depth of 10m. Once activated, the SmartFind S5A transmits an alert message along with your ID number and current GPS location which will trigger an alarm on all AIS equipped vessels within VHF range.
The McMurdo SmartFind S5A AIS SART is easy to operate and deploy and the high visibility buoyant carry off bag, can be wall mounted or packed inside the survival craft. It features a shoulder strap making it easy to carry in the event of an emergency evacuation.
